01 / CHOOSING WELL
RIGHT BIKE. RIGHT FIT.
58 cmSeat height
121 × 56 × 76 cmLength × width × height
Twist & goAutomatic · no manual gear changes
Start with the fit guide: measure inside leg in riding footwear, then consider ground contact, balance, handlebar and brake reach, and a stable seated position with feet on the lowered footrests. Age or the 80 kg maximum load alone cannot establish suitability.
The supplied-bike photographs show front and rear cable-operated disc brakes. The throttle is operated with the rider’s right hand. Automatic controls still require practice in balancing, speed control and braking.
Bike weight, a speed-limiter setting and emergency-stop controls are still being verified. Do not assume that a limiter or a particular shut-off device is fitted. If these features affect your decision, ask us before ordering.
Include height, inside leg in riding footwear, riding experience and the control you are concerned about. Advice by email cannot replace an actual-bike fit and control check.
02 / WHEN IT ARRIVES
READY IS MORE THAN UNBOXED.
£229.99 includes FedEx UK delivery and all import and clearance charges. Expected delivery is 4–6 working days from ordering. Dispatch is from China, and the bike arrives unbuilt. Free delivery includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands.
Keep your order reference. Your confirmation email identifies your order. We send FedEx tracking after dispatch has been recorded.
Check the contents and condition. Keep the packaging where possible. Tell us about transit damage or missing items, with your order reference and photos if available.
Get the confirmed instructions before assembly or fuelling. The exact assembly settings, fuel/oil mixture and start/stop sequence are still being checked. The current reference PDF is incomplete and is not an approved operating manual.
Do not add fuel or start the bike until it has been correctly assembled and checked using confirmed instructions. If you cannot safely carry out the work, contact us about the next step. We have not published a verified assembly-time or tools estimate yet.
03 / KEEPING THE ADVENTURE GOING
SUPPORT THAT STARTS WITH THE PROBLEM.
Faulty part?
Our one-year parts warranty runs from delivery and covers free replacement of faulty parts, including delivery of those parts. Accident damage, misuse and normal wear are excluded from this voluntary warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Need a spare?
Email your order reference, the part needed and a clear photo of the part or its identifying mark. We will check compatibility and availability before confirming price or delivery. Contact us for current availability and a quote.
If the bike may be unsafe, stop using it. Do not attempt a repair you cannot safely carry out. We will discuss the appropriate remedy; a replacement part does not replace your statutory entitlement to another remedy where it applies.
Maintenance information
Use the confirmed exact-bike instructions for tyre pressures, chain adjustment, brake setup, fastener torques, lubrication and service intervals. Those settings are not yet verified here. Do not substitute a fuel recipe or maintenance setting from a different 49cc bike.
Notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within a further 14 days. Eligible never-fuelled returns go to China with £100 arranged shipping, subject to packing and transport requirements. Your own suitable transport is at your direct cost, with no second shipping fee from us.
If fuel has ever been added, do not use a standard parcel service or the normal return label. Tell us whether it is assembled, fuelled or used so we can agree a safe resolution. Assembly or missing original packaging does not automatically remove cancellation rights. The £100 change-of-mind charge does not apply to valid faulty-goods claims; we bear reasonable return or collection costs where required. Our UK registered office cannot receive returns.
These are the original supplier reference photographs supplied to us for the orange model. They show the physical bike and its finish, including folded footrests. They are not customer reviews, delivery photographs or proof of a completed pre-delivery inspection.

For an existing order, include your order reference, a description of the issue, whether the bike has been assembled or fuelled, and photos or video if useful. Photos help us identify the issue; they are not a condition of your statutory rights.
