Seller & contact
KidMoto Adventure is a trading name of SYNCLAB LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17213434.
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. This is a registered office only, not a collection point or returns facility. Do not send bikes to this address.
Email [email protected] for enquiries, cancellations, returns or warranty support. SYNCLAB LTD is not VAT-registered.
Online payment is not available yet. An enquiry does not reserve stock, create an order or take payment.
Delivery & assembly
The orange KidMoto 49cc dirt bike costs £229.99 in total. Delivery and all import charges, including customs duty and clearance charges, are included. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Bikes are dispatched directly from China via FedEx. Expected delivery is 4–6 working days from placing your order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs or transport disruption can cause delays; contact us if your bike has not arrived within the expected period.
Free delivery covers the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, contact us so we can resolve it.
The bike is supplied unbuilt and requires assembly. Check the dimensions and rider suitability before ordering. Read the manual and assembly instructions before assembly or use. Keep the packaging where possible. Do not add fuel or start the engine until the bike is correctly assembled and checked.
If an item arrives damaged or parts are missing, contact us with your order details and, where possible, photographs. Photographs help us investigate; they do not replace or restrict your statutory rights. We remain responsible for delivery until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession, subject to applicable law.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Changing your mind
For an online purchase, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the bike, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Contact us by email, telephone or a clear written cancellation statement. Please include your name, order number if available, and delivery date so we can identify the order. Cancellation does not depend on discretionary approval.
Change-of-mind returns go to China. Return shipping costs £100 through our arranged service for bikes that have never been fuelled and meet its packing and transport requirements. Contact us for the shipping instructions and label arrangements. If you choose to arrange your own suitable transport, you bear its direct cost; we do not charge a second return-shipping fee.

Contact KidMoto support for the recipient and carrier details needed to deliver the return correctly. Our UK registered office does not receive returns.
Packaging, assembly and fuel
Please retain and reuse the original packaging wherever possible and return the bike and its accessories securely protected. Opening the box, assembling the bike or lacking the original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
If fuel has ever been added, do not send the bike using a standard parcel service or our normal return label. Contact us and tell us whether it has been assembled, fuelled or used. We will assess the case and agree a safe, suitable resolution. Do not assume that emptying the tank makes it acceptable to a carrier. Fuel use does not remove statutory rights. We will not require a shipment that the carrier cannot lawfully or safely accept, or impose an undisclosed additional shipping charge.
You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably do in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning reduces their value, we may make a deduction reflecting that actual reduction, where the law permits. We do not apply an automatic restocking fee or a blanket refusal for assembled bikes.
Refunds after cancellation
We refund the amount due, including any standard outward delivery charge, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Unless we have offered collection, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. Refunds are made within the applicable 14-day statutory deadline. Any lawful diminished-value deduction will be explained. We do not deduct return shipping that has not been incurred.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods
Your statutory rights apply separately from change-of-mind cancellation and our parts warranty. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods, normally within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange the appropriate remedy. We bear the reasonable return or collection costs where required for a valid faulty-goods claim; the £100 change-of-mind charge does not apply.
A replacement part or local repair may be offered where appropriate and agreed. We will not insist on replacement parts where you are entitled to another remedy. If standard transport is unsuitable, we will arrange an appropriate resolution rather than require an unsafe shipment. If the bike may be unsafe, stop using it and contact us.
Optional cancellation message
“To SYNCLAB LTD trading as KidMoto Adventure, [email protected]: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [description]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is required only if you send this on paper. You do not have to use this wording.
One-year faulty-parts warranty
SYNCLAB LTD provides a one-year parts warranty from delivery of your bike, with free replacement of faulty parts and delivery of those replacement parts. Contact us with your order details and a description of the fault; photographs or video can help us identify the correct part.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear. It is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit their duration or the remedies available by law. Do not undertake a repair you cannot safely carry out; contact us to discuss the appropriate next step.
