KIDMOTO ADVENTURE / PRIVACY
YOUR DETAILS.
HANDLED WITH CARE.
This notice explains how we use information when you visit our website, place an order or contact us. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
Who we are
KidMoto Adventure is operated by SYNCLAB LTD, company number 17213434. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. The registered office does not accept bike returns.
Information we use
When you email us, we receive your email address, any name or contact information you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information about children or other people in photographs or videos.
Our hosting service processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website. We do not use the current product site to run advertising pixels or Google Analytics.
When you order, we collect your name, email, billing and delivery address, the items ordered, price, payment reference and payment status. We use these details to process your purchase, deliver your bike, send order and tracking updates, and handle returns or warranty support.
Stripe processes your payment information. Our commerce server does not store your full card number or security code. Stripe may also process device and transaction information for payment security and fraud prevention; see its privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer your questions and take steps you request before entering a sales contract. We process orders, delivery and agreed support to perform our contract with you. Where required, we keep records to comply with legal obligations.
Website security, preventing misuse and dealing with disputes are our legitimate interests. We consider your rights when using information for these purposes. We do not add you to marketing lists simply because you contact us.
Services and international processing
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Medusa software to manage orders, Neon for the order database, Upstash for operational processing, Resend for transactional emails, Stripe for payments and Apple iCloud Mail for support correspondence. Each service receives information needed for its function.
Your bike is dispatched directly from China. We share the necessary recipient, delivery address, order and parcel information with our fulfilment partner in China and the delivery or customs partners needed for your shipment, including FedEx. Payment-card details are not sent to the fulfilment partner. Our instructions limit use of your details to authorised fulfilment and after-sales work, with no independent marketing.
These arrangements involve processing outside the United Kingdom, where data-protection rules may differ. Technology providers publish their processing and international-transfer terms: Cloudflare, Neon, Upstash, Resend, Stripe and Apple. Contact [email protected] for information about the safeguards applicable to your information or to request a copy of relevant contractual protections, subject to necessary redactions.
We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep information
We normally retain required company accounting records for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, and longer where a legal requirement or unresolved claim requires it. Abandoned baskets are reviewed after 30 days, after reconciling any payment. Operational failed-event recovery records expire after 90 days. We normally review and delete enquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact, and routine support correspondence 24 months after an issue is closed, unless an open issue or a documented legal reason requires longer retention. Where correspondence forms part of an accounting record or legal claim, we retain the necessary information for the relevant legal period. We do not retain information simply because it might be useful indefinitely.
Cookies and browser storage
The product website stores your animation preference on your device so it can remember your choice. Checkout uses session storage to restore your basket and check an interrupted payment. Stripe uses device information and storage necessary for payment functionality and fraud prevention. Address autocomplete is provided through Stripe using Google Maps; the address text you enter may be sent to that service to suggest matches. You can also enter your address manually. These functions do not sign you up for marketing. Hosting and security services may use information or storage necessary to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies on the product site. External websites linked from this site operate their own privacy and storage practices.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal duties or deal with claims.
Email [email protected] to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
